FINALIDAD DEL TRATAMIENTO / PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT	Gestión administrativa, económica y académica de estudiantes matriculados y relacionados con la UC o en previsión de estarlo en los distintos estudios. Gestión de becas y ayudas al estudio. Encuestas de calidad de los servicios del sistema de calidad institucional. Administrative, economic and academic management of the students or prospective students registered and related to the UC in the different degree programmes.
LEGITIMACIÓN / LEGAL BASIS	RGPD Art. 6.1 e): Tratamiento necesario para el cumplimiento de una misión realizada en interés público o en el ejercicio de poderes públicos conferidos al responsable del tratamiento según Ley Orgánica 6/2001 de Universidades y disposiciones de desarrollo. RGPD Art.6.1.a). Consentimiento expreso para otras finalidades. RGDP Art. 6.1 e): Processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on the data controller in accordance with Organic Law 6/2001 on Universities and implementing provisions. RGDP Art.6.1.a). Express consent for other purposes.
DESTINATARIOS DE CESIONES O TRANSFERENCIAS / RECIPIENTS OF DATA ASSIGNMENTS AND TRANSFERS	Otras administraciones y organismos públicos relacionados con las funciones de la UC, organismos judiciales, organismos, instituciones y empresas. Entidades bancarias colaboradoras. Entidades aseguradoras (seguro colectivo de accidentes). Other administrations and public bodies related to the functions of the University of Cantabria, judicial bodies, organisations, institutions and companies. Collaborating banking entities. Insurance companies (collective accident insurance).
	Se prevén transferencias internacionales en el caso de participación en programas de movilidad internacional con consentimiento en la solicitud de participación. International data transfers with the students´ sending universities
DERECHOS DE LAS PERSONAS INTERESADAS / RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED	Tiene derecho a acceder, rectificar y suprimir los datos, así como otros derechos, como se explica en la información adicional. All students have the right of access, rectification and erasure, as explained in the additional information.
PROCEDENCIA DE LOS DATOS / DATA ORIGIN	Propio interesado. En algunos casos pueden proceder de los centros educativos en los que los estudiantes hayan cursado estudios preuniversitarios. Self-initiated. In some cases, they may come from the educational centres where the students have taken pre-university studies.

This application entails the treatment of the data provided and generated in your relationship with the Servicio de Gestión Académica (Academic Management Service) and the Office for International Relations and the different Faculties and Departments and in general with the University of Cantabria. It also entails the international assignments, transfers, and purposes that are included in the provided Information about Personal Data Protection
